Product submissions page improved

As you may have noticed, we've gone live with some improvements to the Product Submissions page in your Upload.com account interface. Not only can you review your screenshots before submitting them, you can also preview and approve all of your product information before sending in the final submissions. You'll also notice a red "Required" arrow in your submissions page, which we hope will aid you in identifying the necessary fields. As always, the development team is working on multiple concurrent projects to address bug fixes as well as making your feedback come to life. These design changes were driven by you and you'll see many more enhancements in the weeks ahead. Thanks for sharing!

Known Bugs

Just wanted to give you a quick update on where we are with the bug fixes and what you can expect to see in the coming weeks. Based on the feedback we've gotten from the Upload community, the common theme seems to include bugs related to screenshots, product submissions, company information, and missing Editors' reviews. We are actively working on getting them fixed as well as plowing through all the incredible number of product submissions we've received over the holidays. We thank you for your continued support and we want you to know that we haven't forgotten about you! In order to prevent further delays, please do not re-submit your products. As always, please keep your feedbacks coming and we'll get these fixed soon!

As promised, you are now able to upload your own screenshots and icons through your My Products page. Please note that the number of screenshots that are published will vary according to your subscription level. In addition, you are now able to edit your billing information and manage your subscriptions more easily through your My Account page. If you are still having problems with your screenshots or are unable to edit your billing information, please email me at catherine.hwang@cbs.com. We recognize that we still have some outstanding issues, but your patience and understanding have been phenomenal and we thank you for your continued support!
