Just wanted to give you a quick update on where we are with the bug fixes and what you can expect to see in the coming weeks. Based on the feedback we've gotten from the Upload community, the common theme seems to include bugs related to screenshots, product submissions, company information, and missing Editors' reviews. We are actively working on getting them fixed as well as plowing through all the incredible number of product submissions we've received over the holidays. We thank you for your continued support and we want you to know that we haven't forgotten about you! In order to prevent further delays, please do not re-submit your products. As always, please keep your feedbacks coming and we'll get these fixed soon!

As you may have noticed, the transition into the new Upload.com has encountered quite a number of issues that has impacted CNET Downloads in various ways. While we are excited to bring you this new site, fixing these bugs is our highest priority and we want you to know that our team is working around the clock to get everything back to order on CNET Downloads. If you have experienced broken links, missing products and/or reviews, or other error messages, please drop me a line at catherine.hwang@cbs.com with the title of your product and a brief description of the problem. We want you to share the same kind of enthusiasm with us in our new and improved Upload.com and we thank you so much for your patience while we continue to work on bringing you a better publisher experience as well as a more robust Download.com.
