• Work with the CNET toolbar program manager to activate your account and get your unique CNET tracking code.
• Bundle your Windows software product with the Yahoo! Toolbar.
• Upload the latest version of your software including the Yahoo! Toolbar via CNET Upload.com.
• Distribute your software on CNET Networks websites, including CNET Download.com.
• Earn money for each confirmed installation of the toolbar by a user in the US, UK or Canada.
• Track your performance with quarterly reporting provided by Yahoo! and CNET.
• Receive a check every quarter from CNET Networks.
• No long term or exclusive contracts. You can add or remove the Yahoo! Toolbar from your installer at any time.

Q: Who is eligible to participate in the program?
A: Publishers who've registered with CNET Upload.com and have at least one Windows software product live on CNET Download are eligible.

Q: Which products can be bundled with the Yahoo! Toolbar?
A: The Yahoo! toolbar can be bundled with most any Windows software except products prohibited by the CNET Software Policies and terms of the toolbar affiliate contract, like spyware, adware, peer-to-peer, hacking, gambling or other malicious programs or code or with any software or materials which are pornographic, defamatory or obscene; or alongside any other internet search technology or services.

Q: How do I sign up?
A: Send us your contact information. A CNET toolbar program manager will contact you to activate your account.

Q: How do I bundle the Yahoo! Toolbar with my software?
A: CNET will provide you with the necessary code. You or your developers will add this code to your installer. We'll work with you to test the bundle and make sure it is working properly before it goes live.

Q: How are installations of my toolbar-enabled product tracked?
A: Tracking tags is included in the Toolbar code. All tracking information is sent back to Yahoo!, who then issues reports back to CNET. Tracking includes the number of installations from eligible countries. Your CNET toolbar program manager will provide these reports to you on a quarterly basis.

Q: How much can I earn from distributing the Yahoo! Toolbar?
A: You can earn money for each confirmed installation of the toolbar by a US, UK, or Canadian user.

Q: When will I get paid?
A: Based on data provided by Yahoo!, CNET will issue checks on a quarterly basis.
